Arrival time
If you are having an individual treatment, we recommend that you arrive at The Spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time to check-in, change, complete your individual consultation and
allow our team to welcome you to the spa. A late arrival may mean that the scheduled time is reduced or unable to be honoured. The cancellation policy will still apply. If you are visiting us for spa access please arrive on time , time slots start on the hour and finish on the hour.
Age Restriction
Please note, The Spa at The Wild Pheasant is accessible to over 16s only.
What to Wear & Bring
Appropriate swimwear is obligatory within the wet area. Please check if your package includes a towel and or robe, towels can be hired for £2 robes for £7.50, both remain the property of The Spa. Locker’s require a £1 coin which will be returned. Robes and Towels remain the property of The Spa.
Spa Etiquette
We are passionate about wellbeing and relaxing, to preserve the tranquillity of The Spa we request that all guests use silent mode on mobile phones and refrain from taking calls. Filming and photography is not permitted in the changing
areas. We also ask that our guests to remember the spa is a relaxing area for everyone and our guest’s behaviour should mirror that. Smoking and the use of electronic smoking devices are not permitted within any area of the spa and hotel. We reserve the right to refuse access if need be.
Medical Conditions
Some of the treatments that we offer are not suitable for guests with certain medical ailments and conditions. Therefore, we ask that you draw our attention to this prior to your arrival in the spa. We do offer specially designed
treatments for guests living with or recovering from cancer and other serious conditions. Please allow the team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you.
Food & Drink
Alcohol and food may not be consumed around the spa.
Dietary Requirements
We are more than happy to plan and cater for dietary requirements as long as you give us adequate notice and in advance of your arrival ( For afternoon tea bookings we require 24 hours’ notice for an allergy or request, any changes on arrival will incur a £10 fee).
Treatments
Please be aware when you book an individual treatment it does not allow you access to
the Spa.
Cancellation Policy (Excluding Offers)
All services must be paid for in full at the time of booking. This is non-refundable, a change of date may be made 7 days in advance. We Reserve the right to cancel treatments.
Cancelltion Policy (Online Offers)
Online offers such as the £5 and £10 Spa Access deals are non refundable nontransferable at the time of booking.
